Shop Reports

Real-world implementation case studies with real numbers.

Last updated .

Shop Reports are implementation case studies built on real, itemized numbers rather than vendor success-story gloss. Each one walks a single automation project from scope to running cell — what it cost line by line, what it actually returned, and where the estimate and the invoice diverged — so a buyer can size their own project against a worked example instead of a brochure. This is the section vendors will not write, because an honest ledger of a first cell rarely flatters the sale.

Every report carries a mandatory disclosure stating who, if anyone, had a commercial relationship to the project, and no report is pay-to-publish. We edit them to our citation format, cross-link the underlying cost and comparison pages, and label composite or reconstructed figures plainly. The point is a library of real, checkable ledgers that a manufacturer can plan against and that an AI search engine can cite with the reasoning and disclosure attached.
