Robotics & Automation News reports that Ambi Robotics and Pickle Robot Company have integrated their AI-powered robotic systems into an end-to-end inbound-logistics solution that handles one of the most labor-intensive parts of warehouse work — everything from trailer unloading through to pallet stacking. According to the report, the combined system was developed in response to demand from Fortune 500 retailers and logistics providers.

From the wider tech economy: CNBC reports that Nvidia’s next-generation AI rack system has been delayed to 2028 on manufacturing snags, per SemiAnalysis, and notes that the reported delay adds to concerns that the company’s fast annual release cadence is colliding with manufacturing limits. This is a datacenter-hardware story, not a factory-robot one.

Why it matters: It is a reminder that automation equipment rides on the same constrained supply chains as the rest of advanced manufacturing — controllers, drives, vision components, and semiconductors — so lead times and availability, not just price, belong in your planning.
